Ekdant Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor & Placement Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad.

You will work directly with students and skilled professionals, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable career and placement opportunities. This is a client-facing role that combines career guidance, relationship management, and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and career goals.
• Explain suitable career and placement services clearly.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into clients.
• Build strong and professional relationships with candidates.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Follow up with existing prospects and clients throughout the process.
• Work toward monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Stay updated on career opportunities and relevant industry trends.

Requirements

• Experience as a Career Advisor, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, placement, or career services, particularly with USA or Canada-focused clients, is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to confidently communicate with clients and handle objections.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining lead records.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
