Ekdant Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented U.S. Recruiter to join our IT staffing team in Naroda, Ahmedabad.
You will work with Senior Recruiters and Account Managers to source, screen, and coordinate qualified technology professionals for job requirements across the United States. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in U.S. IT recruitment and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ATS platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match active job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Understand candidates’ technical background, availability, location, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Maintain candidate profiles and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters or clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support bench marketing by matching available consultants with suitable requirements.
- Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements.
- Work closely with Senior Recruiters and Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate submission, interview, and placement records.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and recruitment activities.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of U.S. work authorizations such as H-1B, OPT/CPT, GC, and USC.
- Basic understanding of U.S. staffing models such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and job requirements.
- Good follow-up and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow in U.S. IT staffing.
